Metropolis lights stretch throughout the USA like a string of vacation lights on this picture taken from the Worldwide Area Station on November 10, 2023. At far left, metropolis lights of Chicago, Illinois, define Lake Michigan. At far proper, the Dallas/Fort Value metropolitan space shines by means of the clouds because the solar’s first rays start to light up Earth’s ambiance (above).

For the reason that area station started operation in November 2000, crew members have produced tons of of hundreds of photographs of the Earth’s land, oceans and ambiance.
